1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The soohly.com website (hereinafter "the Site") is published and operated by:

2. PURPOSE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the sale of products offered by Soohly Inc. on the Site to any individual customer (hereinafter "the Customer") acting for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Placing an order on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS

The products offered on the Site are dietary supplements described as accurately as possible. Photos are not contractually binding and slight color or shape variations may occur.

Availability of the products is indicated on each product page. In the event of unavailability after your order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email.

4. PRICES

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable state and local sales tax where required.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order validation.

Soohly reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown at the time of the order will be the one applied to the Customer.

5. ORDERING

The order process includes the following steps:
1. Select the desired product(s) and add them to the cart
2. Review the cart
3. Enter shipping and billing information
4. Choose the payment method
5. Final review and validation of the order
6. Order confirmation by email

The confirmation email formalizes the sales contract between the Customer and Soohly Inc.

6. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Payment is processed at the time of order. Transactions are secured through SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards.

Soohly does not store your full card details.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. Delivery times generally range from 3 to 7 business days for the United States (Canada and Mexico may take 5 to 10 business days).

A tracking number is sent by email once the package is shipped.

Soohly cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for errors in the address entered by the Customer.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. WARRANTIES

The products sold benefit from the legal warranty against defects and the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with the consumer protection laws applicable in the United States.

10. LIABILITY

Soohly Inc. undertakes to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, minor errors may exist. Soohly cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the products.

The products offered are dietary supplements and cannot in any case replace a balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle or medical advice. In case of doubt, consult your healthcare professional before use.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, etc.) are the exclusive property of Soohly Inc. or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from Soohly is strictly prohibited.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
